## About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Engagement Manager with deep expertise in Wealth Management , combined with strong capabilities in Agile delivery and transformation. The role requires an individual who can drive end-to-end program execution, manage client relationships, and own P&L accountability while leading high-performing delivery teams., 10 15+ years of experience in IT services / consulting / program management

Proven experience in Wealth Management domain, preferably with Envestnet platform exposure

Strong experience managing large-scale Agile delivery programs

Demonstrated success in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement

Experience managing P&L and financials of mid-to-large engagements

## Description

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring strong and trusted relationships

Understand client business objectives and align delivery outcomes accordingly

Drive regular governance forums, status reporting, and executive-level communication

Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

Program & Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of programs within the Wealth Management / Envestnet ecosystem

Manage multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore models

Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and risk mitigation

Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives

Agile Transformation Leadership

Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across teams

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and best practices

Improve delivery velocity, predictability, and continuous improvement culture

Establish scalable Agile governance models

P&L and Financial Management

Own the P&L for the engagement, including revenue, margins, and cost optimization

Manage resource planning and utilization effectively

Drive billing, forecasting, and financial reporting

Identify and execute cost efficiencies while maintaining delivery quality
