## About the Role

+ 10+ years of experience in programming or project management, preferably supporting large-scale construction or equipment retrofit projects

 + Strong knowledge of project management methodologies related to construction or equipment installation

 + Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders

 + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

 + Experience managing programs in a matrixed and/or global organization

 + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

## Description

+ Lead and coordinate Amazon System Projects to ensure timely and successful delivery

 + Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve program objectives

 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and align on project goals

 + Identify assess, and mitigate risks to maintain project health and performance

 + Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership and customers

 + Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes

 + Demonstrate flexibility to support customers across multiple time zones, including availability outside standard working hours as needed

 + Travel up to 50% as required
