This role is responsible for leading Agile delivery activities, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring successful execution of software development, cloud modernization, DevSecOps, and data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate collaboration across development, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams. This position requires balancing Agile methodologies with Federal reporting requirements, compliance standards, security controls, and structured delivery processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and program leadership to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality solutions that support mission objectives.
