The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network architecture, engineering, security, routing and switching, firewall management, and enterprise network modernization initiatives., * Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure enterprise network infrastructures supporting mission-critical operations. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineering teams responsible for enterprise networking solutions. * Design, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies across the enterprise environment. * Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, implementation plans, technical specifications, and operational procedures. * Ensure network environments meet security, scalability, performance, and availability requirements Implement and manage network security technologies including IPSec, SSL, and firewall rule management. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues while conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. * Support secure enterprise and mission-critical environments while ensuring adherence to organizational and security standards. * Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to support infrastructure modernization and network enhancement projects. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure network resiliency and operational continuity * Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical direction to engineering team members. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to network architecture, performance, and security posture.
