## About the Role

* 1+ years of experience in network operations.
 * Strong knowledge of Load Balancers & DNS.
 * Networking basics (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL).
 * Experience with monitoring & ITSM tools (ServiceNow)., * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

## Description

* Manage F5 / Citrix / A10 Load Balancers.
 * Configure VIPs, pools, SSL certificates.
 * Troubleshoot traffic and performance issues.
 * Manage DNS platforms (Infoblox, BIND, Windows DNS).
 * Handle record updates (A, CNAME, MX, TXT).
 * Troubleshoot resolution and propagation issues.
 * Monitor network health and alerts.
 * Handle incidents, changes, and service requests.
 * Perform RCA and service restoration.

Nice to Have:

 * AWS/Azure networking.
 * Basic scripting (Python).
 * F5 / CCNA certification.
