## Description

* We are hiring a Lab & Field Hardware Technician to support hands-on hardware, network, storage, and lab infrastructure activities.
 * The role involves equipment installation, troubleshooting, cabling, inventory management, shipping, and basic server/lab support.

Responsibilities:

 * Perform hardware installs, replacements, NIC swaps, cabling, and switch wiring.
 * Support storage replacements, disk swaps, and spare parts handling.
 * Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, server, and lab infrastructure issues.
 * Support ESX, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and lab environments.
 * Manage equipment shipping, RMAs, inventory tracking, and asset records.
 * Follow runbooks, document work, and escalate complex issues.
