## About the Role

* Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end development.
 * Experience with AWS services (RDS, ECR, EC2).
 * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Concourse (or Argo CD, Flex).
 * Ability to work autonomously as a Software Engineer and contribute to DevOps initiatives.

Bonus Skills:

 * Knowledge of React with the ability to build simple applications that consume back-end services.

## Description

We are seeking a talented Java Developer with Security Clearance who is passionate about back-end development and has some exposure to front-end technologies., * Design, implement, and maintain back-end systems using Java and Spring Boot.

 * Work with AWS technologies including RDS, ECR, and EC2.
 * Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
 * Utilize CI/CD tools like Concourse (or Argo CD, Flex) to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
 * Collaborate with DevOps engineers to support infrastructure as code and automation efforts.
 * Develop basic React applications to invoke and present back-end data.
 * Take ownership of tasks, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
