## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
 * 3+ years of experience working with Facets in a healthcare payer environment.
 * Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and advanced SQL querying.
 * Experience analyzing healthcare data related to claims, membership, providers, and benefits.
 * Understanding of healthcare payer workflows and business processes.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with healthcare EDI transactions (837, 834, 835, 270/271).
 * Knowledge of reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Server Reporting Services.
 * Exposure to ETL processes and data integration tools.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Technical Skills

## Description

* Perform impact analysis for system enhancements, configuration changes, and production issues.
 * Support Facets modules including Claims, Membership, Provider, Benefits, and Billing.
 * Investigate and resolve data and system-related issues within Facets.

SQL Development & Data Analysis

 * Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scripts.
 * Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis to support business operations.
 * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
 * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
 * Support data migration, testing, and system implementation activities.

Reporting & Documentation

 * Create and maintain operational and ad-hoc reports using SQL and reporting tools.
 * Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
 * Prepare functional and technical documentation, including requirements, process flows, and test cases.
 * Document root cause analyses and resolution steps for production issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration

 * Collaborate with business teams, developers, QA analysts, and project managers to deliver solutions.
 * Participate in requirement gathering sessions, UAT activities, and production deployments.
 * Provide subject matter expertise on healthcare payer processes and Facets functionality., * SQL Server / T-SQL
