* Formation Bac+4/5 en école de commerce ou université, spécialisée en marketing/communication.
 * Recherche d'une alternance de 12 à 24 mois.
 * Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.
 * Sensibilité aux outils digitaux, au webmarketing et aux nouvelles technologies.
 * Première expérience en CRM/marketing appréciée.
 * Connaissance d'un outil de routage et notions HTML constituent un plus.
 * Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et orthographe irréprochable.
 * Rigueur, organisation, autonomie et esprit d'initiative.
 * Dynamisme, écoute et goût du travail en équipe.

## Description

* Conception et pilotage des campagnes

Définition et coordination du planning d'animation commerciale multicanale (newsletters, push mobile/web).

Élaboration des mécaniques, contenus et calendriers selon les objectifs business.

Coordination avec les équipes internes (E-commerce, Marque, CRM, Produit).

 * Création et personnalisation des supports

Création et intégration de newsletters via Dartagnan.

Rédaction de contenus engageants pour les push notifications.

Paramétrage et personnalisation des campagnes dans Adobe Campaign et Batch.

 * Tests, optimisation et reporting

Réalisation des BAT et contrôle de la cohérence omnicanale.

Programmation des campagnes email et mise en place d'A/B tests.

Suivi de la délivrabilité et de la pression commerciale.

 * Analyse et recommandations

Analyse des performances des campagnes (ouverture, clics, conversion).

Reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel avec recommandations d'optimisation.

Analyse des temps forts commerciaux et identification d'axes d'amélioration.

 * Collaboration et innovation

Participation aux bilans post-campagne et optimisation continue.

Contribution aux sujets CRM, fidélisation et personnalisation multicanale.

Participation à des projets transverses orientés data et performance CRM.
