This role oversees Staffing Specialists and Contingent Labor Resource Specialists, ensuring consistent execution of staffing processes, prioritization of internal labor resources (e.g., core staff and IRP), and efficient utilization of contingent labor where necessary. Serving as a key operational leader within the Central Staffing Office, the Supervisor translates system-wide staffing strategy into daily execution, supports staffing decision-making, ensures data integrity, and promotes standardized workflows.
