## Description

Avenue Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level Systems Test Engineer to support a major U.S. defense contractor.

This role supports test planning, troubleshooting, validation, and engineering verification activities.
What You'll Do

 * SW Test Engineering What are the main functions of this role? We are seeking Test Engineer to join our Physical Sciences and Systems business unit located a stone's throw from seaside Newport, Rhode Island
 * Responsibilities will include but are not limited to execution of test plans for Linux and VxWorks software development efforts, hardware and software integration efforts, and test planning and development
 * The ideal candidate enjoys in a multi disciplinary role and is comfortable adapting to and identifying new technologies as needed.Primary Responsibilities: Develop test plans, test procedures, and test tools for multiple progra...
 * Test execution experience in software environments, and documentation of test results Experience with test tracking software tools
