## About the Role

Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign.

Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements.

Experience with third-party benefits or 401(k) providers and payroll integrations.

Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards.

Experience supporting payroll transformations or standardization initiatives.

Expertise in:

 * Benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates)
 * US Benefits domain knowledge

Experience in handling:

 * Multi-vendor benefits landscape
 * Complex eligibility and deduction scenarios

Ability to work independently onsite, owning requirements, design, and solutioning.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into functional solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefit implementations (Fusion HCM).

Strong functional expertise in:
