## Description

As a Senior Automation Tester (AI & Gherkin-Based Testing) at Gainwell, you will focus on leading end-to-end testing for complex, integrated systems by designing automation frameworks (using Gherkin/BDD) and ensuring accuracy across AI-generated requirements, data validation, and business logic. It also involves driving defect management and collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality, reliable system performance and readiness.

Your role in our mission

 * Lead the design and execution of test strategies for end-to-end transaction flows across integrated systems
 * Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Gherkin (BDD) aligned with business requirements
 * Validate AI-generated requirements and test scenarios, ensuring accuracy of business rules, data mappings, and eligibility logic
 * Perform data validation and integration testing across complex processing flows, including batch and real-time systems
 * Drive defect management, regression testing, and traceability from requirements to test outcomes
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance validation and overall solution readiness
