## Description

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un acteur du secteur public, un Technicien bureautique de proximité H/F. A ce titre vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

Assurer un support de proximité "haute couture" (incidents et demandes).
Gérer l'onboarding/offboarding des profils clés.
Assurer la configuration personnalisée des équipements (iOS, Windows, Smartphones).
Garantir une communication fluide et un suivi rigoureux via l'outil ITSM (BMC)., Diagnostic d'accessibilité
