## Description

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un acteur du secteur public, un Technicien bureautique de proximité H/F. A ce titre vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

Assurer un support de proximité "haute couture" (VIP/COMEX).
Gérer les incidents et demandes avec une réactivité record (SLA).
Piloter l'installation et la configuration personnalisée (Postes, Smartphones, Tablettes).
Maîtriser l'environnement technique : Windows, MacOS, O365, BMC.
Garantir la confidentialité totale des interventions., Diagnostic d'accessibilité
