## Description

We are seeking anERP Business Systems Analystto support, maintain, and enhance our ERP ecosystem, with a primary focus onMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of ERP data, workflows, reporting, and system functionality to support operational excellence and informed decision-making., ERP System Support & Analysis

 + Provide day-to-day ERP user support and troubleshooting

 + Assist with system configuration, testing, and enhancements

 + Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions

Business Partnership & Process Improvement

 + Collaborate with business users to identify needs and process gaps

 + Translate business requirements into system and reporting solutions

 + Standardize processes and improve ERP utilization

Reporting & Decision Support

 + Gather and document reporting requirements

 + Support report development, validation, and data accuracy

 + Assist with analytics and data extracts for business insights

Data Integrity & Master Data Management

 + Monitor and correct data inconsistencies

 + Maintain vendor, customer, and item master data

 + Conduct audits and improve data governance

Integrations & Systems Support

 + Support ERP integrations with third-party platforms

 + Troubleshoot data flows and system issues

 + Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business users

Training, Documentation & Change Management

 + Develop user documentation and training materials

 + Deliver training on ERP processes and updates
