## About the Role

* 5+ years of Software Product Development Project Management experience.
 * PMP certification.
 * Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
 * Experience leading end-to-end software product delivery and production support.
 * Strong experience working directly with software engineering teams and business stakeholders.
 * Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid chart, and Microsoft Project or Monday.com.
 * Experience with ticketing/incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar).
 * Ability to take ownership immediately with minimal ramp-up.
 * Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.

Preferred:

 * Startup or high-growth product company experience.
 * Manufacturing, ERP, or MES software experience.
 * Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
 * Experience leading application modernization initiatives.

## Description

* 3-month sabbatical coverage assignment.
 * Weekly project status reporting and metrics will be presented to the CIO/CISO.
 * Candidate will lead both legacy product development projects and modernization initiatives.
