Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we're building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we've empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We've raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others., We're building a dedicated Frontend Platform team, and we're looking for a Frontend Engineer who loves working on the systems that every product team builds on. You'll own the design system and the horizontal web foundation - the shared components, patterns, architecture, and tooling that let every team ship consistent, high-quality experiences without reinventing the basics. This is the engineering layer underneath Grow's product surface. As we consolidate into a modern Next.js architecture and launch a major new consumer brand, the platform you build is what makes everyone else faster - and what keeps the experience cohesive as we scale. It's a foundational role on a new team, with real room to shape how web engineering works at Grow. What You'll Do * Own and evolve our design system - architecture, tokens, theming, governance, and the patterns product teams rely on, in close partnership with Design Engineering * Build the horizontal web foundation: shared components, frameworks, and the architecture that product teams build features on top of * Improve performance, accessibility, and consistency across all web surfaces - making quality the default rather than something each team re-solves * Develop the tooling and developer experience that help product teams move quickly and confidently, including an AI-forward approach to frontend development * Partner with product and engineering teams to bring platform capabilities into their workflows, and contribute improvements back from real product needs * Create the documentation and guidance that make all of the above easy to adopt ## Related Videos - [But, you're not Facebook](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/378-but-you-re-not-facebook) - [GraphQL + Apollo + Next.js: A Lovely Trio](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/311-graphql-apollo-next-js-a-lovely-trio) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Do TypeScript without TypeScript](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/327-do-typescript-without-typescript) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE – Frontend Inspirations, Web Standards and more](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1761-wearedevelopers-live-frontend-inspirations-web-standards-and-more) - [From Zero to Hero: NextJS 13 and Tailwind CSS for Beginners](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/766-from-zero-to-hero-nextjs-13-and-tailwind-css-for-beginners) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 133 - Back to Front](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/474-dev-digest-133-back-to-front) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [16 Best Free React UI Libraries in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/148-16-best-free-react-ui-libraries-in-2025) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [The Best 7 Frontend Frameworks for Developers in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/400-the-best-7-frontend-frameworks-for-developers-in-2025)
