 * Familiarity with laboratory digital systems (LIMS, BES), BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL and data transformation tools (R, Python, Hadoop)
 * Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
 * Understanding of data governance and data integrity principles
 * Master's degree level
 * Fluent in English

## Description

* Collect, clean, and harmonize data from LIMS, robots, instruments, BES, and other lab digital systems
 * Develop dashboards and KPIs for lab performance (TAT, backlog, OOS/OOT, asset utilization)
 * Conduct diagnostic and statistical analyses to identify trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities
 * Create predictive or prescriptive models to optimize lab throughput, compounding accuracy, batch execution performance or fragrance creation patterns identification
 * Monitor and improve data quality through rules, validation checks, and exception reporting
 * Collaborate with lab operations, fragrance analysts, and digital/IT teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
 * Support user adoption through training, communication, and documentation of analytical tools
