* 3-6 years experience in fullstack engineering with exposure to AI/ML
 * Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies
 * Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment
 * Strong API design skills (REST / GraphQL)
 * Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD
 * Familiarity with AI tools/libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.)
 * High accountability and ownership: able to independently deliver full features
 * Strong verbal + written communication in English
 * Adaptable mindset - solving technical challenges in fast-moving environments

 * Drive innovation by leading the development of AI-based systems that will redefine what's possible in sports
 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack web applications integrating AI/ML models
 * Collaborate on building PACETEQ's unified Sports Data Platform
 * Implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend UIs in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, or similar)
 * Integrate ML models into production systems
 * Help define software architecture that supports real-time decision intelligence for sports
 * Contribute to DevOps and ML Ops pipelines.
 * Learn and grow through cross-functional projects with a crew of embedded engineers, application developers, and sports experts
 * Operate with speed and precision in a performance-driven environment
 * Report directly to our CTO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO when the stakes are high
