You must run your post like a business and have experience leading your design efforts across different teams, while ensuring that your product design delivers both practical and innovative solutions to the platform. You will plot user journeys and set the acceptance criteria for your design work as you act as the liaison between stakeholders on your design work. You will be a part of a team rapidly designing and prototyping new features and ideas for current and next-generation MNTN products.
