## About the Role

* Experience in Telephony Systems Configuration
 * Strong knowledge of Avaya (Call Manager, System Manager, PBX)
 * Experience with NICE Uptivity and TASKE Reporting
 * Hands-on experience with AWS Connect
 * Knowledge of Cisco Voice/Video Technologies
 * Understanding of telecom network design (voice/data circuits)

Preferred Skills:

 * Knowledge of IT infrastructure and telecom architecture
 * Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience:

 * 8+ years in Telephony / Unified Communications / Telecom Engineering

## Description

We are looking for a skilled Telephony Engineer with strong experience in Avaya systems and Unified Communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise voice and telecom solutions., * Configure and support telephony systems (Avaya Call Manager, System Manager, Voicemail)

 * Administer Avaya PBX and Unified Communications environment
 * Work with AWS Connect for cloud telephony setup and support
 * Manage call flows, vectors, and voice configurations
 * Support adds, moves, and changes (MACD) for telecom systems
 * Troubleshoot voice/network issues and maintain system uptime
 * Work with NICE Uptivity (call recording) and TASKE reporting
 * Collaborate with teams to support telecom infrastructure and integrations
 * Maintain documentation and perform system audits
