Note: A Master's degree will count as one year towards the experience requirement. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one year. Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience: + Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis is desirable + Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: R, Python, and/or SAS + Strong data science and extract/transform/load (ETL) skills, e.g., importing, cleaning, transforming, modeling, and visualizing data + Working knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL + Strong mathematical and statistical capabilities + Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel + Knowledge of utility econometric forecasting is desirable but not required + Demonstrated ability to both think analytically and solve complex problems + Ability to process information quickly and effectively, and manage multiple tasks + Excellent organization and interpersonal skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment + Experience working with electric smart meter/AMI data is a plus but not required + Basic familiarity with electrical power system concepts Education Requirements Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: bachelor's degree in Data Science/Decision Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Science, Business Administration. ## Description This role is responsible for performing activities associated with analyzing, forecasting, and reporting related to sales and revenue activity for Dominion Energy South Carolina "DESC". This function is critical in support of regulatory proceedings, financial planning, and long-term strategic planning.
