Key ResponsibilitiesCore HR configuration - designing and setting up organisational structures, jobs, grades, and position hierarchiesAbsence Management setup - configuring plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and related processesApprovals and workflows - building and maintaining approval rules aligned with business needsHCM extensibility - creating and managing DFFs, EFFs, and custom fieldsSystem optimisation - ensuring configurations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practice
