* 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or similar roles
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
 * Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments, along with networking fundamentals (such as DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, etc.)
 * Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
 * Security+, Security X, CASP, or equivalent IAT Level II certification
 * Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance

* Manage and maintain enterprise servers, operating systems, and core infrastructure components
 * Monitor system health, identify performance issues, and resolve technical incidents
 * Enforce security protocols and maintain system integrity across environments
 * Oversee user access, permissions, and system backups/recovery processes
 * Develop scripts to automate and streamline system administration and operational tasks
