## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent

 * 1-3 years of SAP inventory and logistics/supply chain support experience

 * Experience with outbound/inbound freight coordination

 * Knowledge of business office and supply chain operations

 * Knowledge of logistics and transportation

 * SAP knowledge including experience with SAP systems and transactions

 * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and other computer applications

 * Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

 * Excellent communication skills

 * Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and multi-task to complete shortand long-term projects

 * Ability to work independently and efficiently

## Description

Understand, predict, and enhance material planning using analytical and quantitative methods. Support purchasing, scheduling, planning, and operations by assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations.

Essential Functions

 * Coordinate and synergize activities to improve performance in logistics and inventory

 * Monitor and evaluate employee performance in logistics and inventory

 * Maintain bin counts and reconciliation of inventory

 * Serve as a key backup for inventory and logistics coordinators

 * Manage freight deliveries and ensure product has been received as promised

 * Lead efforts to maintain accurate records in SAP systems

 * Manage SAP discrepancies, working with warehouse, production, and controller to coordinate data integrity; correct all discrepancies, coordinating timely ingredient delivery from 3PL companies

 * Work with production and inventory to close orders promptly

 * Follow up on order process errors; correct errors and work to prevent recurrence

 * Perform reconciliation of SAP inventory

 * Perform daily SAP transactions

 * Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training; maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; and report any injury, accident, or unsafe condition immediately to supervisory staff

 * Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures

 * Perform other job-related duties as assigned
