## About the Role

* 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience
 * Experience shipping production code on both backend and frontend
 * Familiarity with modern API design such as REST, GraphQL, or webhooks
 * Comfortable with cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
 * Strong fundamentals in writing tests, understanding tradeoffs, and maintainability
 * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
 * Active use of AI in development workflows or product integration

## Description

The Software Engineer II will contribute to building a next-generation, real-time collaborative platform for web content creation, publishing, and management. As an early engineer on this founding-stage product, the role involves owning feature development end-to-end, influencing architectural decisions, and working closely with a small, senior team. This position is critical to defining and shaping the product, contributing directly to the evolution of a platform that aims to modernize content management., * Build and ship full-stack features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces

 * Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with shared ownership of quality
 * Participate actively in technical design discussions and architectural decisions
 * Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into well-crafted software
 * Integrate AI tools into development workflow and the product
 * Conduct code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards
 * Learn and grow within a challenging and supportive team environment
