 * Be an early applicant, * Technischer Support für unsere Softwarelösungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Zugriff
 * Analyse und Behebung von Softwareproblemen sowie Fehlersuche und -behebung bei Anwenderfragen
 * Schulung und Einweisung der Kunden in die Nutzung unserer Softwarelösungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der Software
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungs- und Vertriebsteam, um Kundenanforderungen effizient umzusetzen
 * Dokumentation der Supportfälle in unserem Ticketsystem und Erstellen von Lösungsansätzen
