 * Be an early applicant, * Ganzheitliche Beratung unserer Kunden im Bereich SAP HCM Zeitwirtschaft (PT, On- Premise ) sowie SuccessFactors Time Tracking
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Anforderungen in hybriden Systemlandschaften (SAP HCM & SuccessFactors)
 * Verantwortung für Solution Design, Customizing und Implementierung inklusive Integration in angrenzende Module (z. B. PA, PY)
 * Steuerung und Durchführung von Transformations- und Migrationsprojekten (On- Premise * Cloud)
 * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Zeitwirtschaftslösungen inkl. Performance- und Prozessverbesserung
 * Qualitätssicherung, Testing sowie Unterstützung bei Go- Lives und Hypercare -Phasen
 * Fachliche Führung von (Junior-) Berater:innen und aktiver Wissenstransfer im Team
 * Unterstützung im Presales sowie bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Lösungskonzepten
