The last 9-years has been with Epic Software. I have experience with backend functions: User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking and mitigation, environment build, configuration; and the front-end: technical training, instructional design, workflow analysis, ServiceNow Help Desk support and Go-Live Support. I am certified in Epic Care Inpatient Clinical Documentation (and Optime which I am renewing.
