## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns, with strong focus on AI and enterprise architecture
 * Deep expertise in AI models and platform capabilities, including the design and operation of Small Language Models (SLMs) within the enterprise
 * Proven experience working with architectural frameworks and enterprise architecture tools, with ability to document, visualize, and articulate overall technical health and current/target states
 * Strong experience in Cloud technologies and architecture, with certification in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) highly preferred
 * Demonstrated ability to define decision frameworks and architectural patterns that link model selection and deployment strategies to measurable ROI
 * Experience working in Agile environments and financial services industry preferred
 * Exceptional executive communication skills with proven ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships and articulate complex technical concepts to senior leadership
 * Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years higher education and/or relevant work experience
