## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Recruiting.
 * Strong understanding of recruiting operations and talent acquisition processes.
 * Experience configuring Workday business processes and recruiting workflows.
 * Experience building Workday reports, including advanced reporting.
 * Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or production environments.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
 * Experience working directly with business users and functional stakeholders., * Workday Recruiting certification is a plus.
 * Experience with additional Workday functional areas such as HCM or Talent.
 * Familiarity with Workday integrations, EIBs, or related integration tools.
 * Experience supporting enterprise-scale HR technology environments.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant to support the ongoing configuration, enhancement, and optimization of a Workday Recruiting environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional expertise in recruiting processes, business process configuration, reporting, system testing, and stakeholder collaboration within enterprise HR systems., * Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Recruiting functionality.

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
 * Configure recruiting workflows, job requisitions, candidate lifecycle processes, interview scheduling, and offer management.
 * Support system enhancements, production support activities, and periodic Workday releases.
 * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics.
 * Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of system changes.
 * Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to improve recruiting operations.
 * Prepare user documentation and provide knowledge transfer when needed.
 * Assist with integrations between Workday and external recruiting applications.
