Translate high-level Government requirements into technical designs and functional GOTS and custom software solutions. Develop and maintain large, complex systems and web-based query/reporting applications, contributing to system-level architecture to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability. Test, debug, refine, and enhance applications to ensure stability, efficiency, and reduced operating time.
