Employer sponsorship is not available for this position. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Telecom Program Manager to lead large-scale voice infrastructure modernization initiatives focused on legacy telecom migration, vendor management, contract oversight, and telecom cost optimization. This role will support enterprise-wide telecommunications transformation projects involving migration from legacy copper-based services to modern VoIP and LTE solutions.
