## About the Role

* At least 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) development.
 * Strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs and workflows.
 * Provide technical leadership to development teams, including mentoring, conducting code reviews, and promoting industry best practices (DevOps, Cloud, Agile).
 * Collaborate with business teams to define requirements, identify risks and define maintainable solutions within the AEM platform.
 * Design, develop and support AEM components, integrations, and applications for building websites.
 * Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
 * Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configs, caching techniques, and performance tuning.
 * Experience deploying websites to AEM Cloud Service and on-premises installations.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, or other DevOps tools.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving production issues in AEM environments.
 * Familiarity with Agile development practices and team collaboration tools.

Desired Skills:

 * Experience with Adobe Target is not required but consider a plus
 * Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM is a plus
 * Experience with Akamai Content Delivery Network for websites
 * Experience with language translation tools such as Smartling or TransPerfect
 * Experience with search engines such as Coveo or Solr

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, jobs, and integrations while ensuring stability and performance across environments.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dispatcher configuration, caching, and overall system performance, and support CI/CD pipelines including Cloud Manager operations, automated builds, deployments, and testing.
 * Work closely with Architects and Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, while adhering to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
 * Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and guide AEM development practices, while integrating AEM with third party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics tools, and custom APIs.
 * Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostics, while staying current with AEM features, cloud services, and Adobe Experience Cloud advancements.
