## About the Role

* You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD, area
 * You must have a current and active security clearance with polygraph
 * Ten (10) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
 * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
 * Must be able to work Wed-Sun 2pm-10pm
 * Hardware Experience
 * Experience Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop

## Description

* Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
 * May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
 * Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
 * Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
 * Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
