## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2, ensuring high-quality and optimized performance.
 * Maintain and enhance online and batch processing systems, working with VSAM files and DB2 databases.
 * Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting batch failures and resolving data inconsistencies.
 * Manage batch job scheduling and monitoring using Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
 * Collaborate with distributed systems teams for seamless integration and support of CICS transaction flows.
 * Utilize code management tools for version control and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
 * Mentor junior team members and participate in release planning and code reviews.
