* Sicherstellung des Betriebs
 * Wartung, Pflege und Optimierung der SMP Platform (SCCM /SCOR/ Reporting)
 * Mitwirkung im Problem Management
 * SLA-konforme Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes und Releases
 * Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft SCCM-Infrastruktur-Landschaft im Bereich Managed Workstation/System Mgmt Platform
 * Analyse von Störungen sowie Mitwirkung an deren Beseitigung
 * Mitwirkung bei Automatisierung (Zero Touch)
