## About the Role

We are seeking a Network Engineer II to support the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience with DOCSIS and DPOE systems, network architecture, routing protocols, and network security technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and enhance complex network environments.
Required Skills MUST HAVE:

 * Experience with DOCSIS
 * Experience with DPOE systems
 * Network Architecture Design
 * Network Protocols
 * Network Topology Planning and Documentation
 * Enterprise Routing and Switching
 * Network Security Technologies
 * Firewall Administration
 * Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), * 2–5 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or related technical roles.
 * Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
 * Experience with enterprise network hardware and software platforms.
 * Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and related networking technologies.
 * Experience with network performance monitoring and capacity planning.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills., * CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification.
 * Experience in telecommunications, broadband, cable, or service provider environments.
 * Exposure to network automation and scripting tools.
 * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or carrier-class network environments.

## Description

* Plan, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure and related hardware/software solutions.
 * Design, document, and maintain network architecture and topology diagrams.
 * Perform assessments of existing technologies to identify performance, reliability, and capacity gaps.
 * Develop recommendations to optimize network infrastructure and improve service delivery.
 * Configure, program, and maintain routers, switches, and other network devices.
 * Establish security standards, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and connectivity parameters.
 * Test, tune, and optimize network security devices and systems.
 * Implement and support communications technologies, including data and voice networks.
 * Manage network services and projects from planning through implementation and deployment.
 * Troubleshoot complex network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
 * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to support infrastructure initiatives.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
