* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
 * 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
 * Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
 * Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
 * Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX
 * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Preferred qualifications

 * Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise middleware integrations
 * Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce
 * Experience with data migration and ETL/ELT processes
 * Familiarity with regulated industries (utilities, energy, infrastructure)
 * Experience with Agentic AI tools (Windsurf, Devin, Copilot, etc.)
 * Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certifications
 * Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

## Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help design and build scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role goes beyond traditional development and sits at the intersection of platform engineering, enterprise integration, data systems, and AI-augmented development., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows

 * Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce DX-based development practices
 * Contribute to data migration initiatives including ETL/ELT design, validation, and reconciliation
 * Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices
 * Develop secure, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise governance and audit standards
 * Leverage Generative AI / Agentic AI tools for code generation, testing, and documentation
 * Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
 * Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence across the team
