 * Lead high-stakes technical projects, maintaining end-to-end accountability for their delivery and quality.
 * Collaborate with partner teams on delivering projects wider than your team's scope.
 * Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared knowledge.
