This is a rare opportunity to shape the digital backbone of a company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with rare diseases - where your work connects directly to patient outcomes. The VP, IT will serve as a trusted member of the extended leadership team, responsible for defining and executing a forward-looking technology and data strategy that enables Agios to operate as a fully integrated, independent biopharmaceutical company. You will champion innovation - including the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics - while building a high-performing team and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our technology infrastructure. This role calls for a leader who thinks like a business executive, acts with technological conviction, and leads with purpose and integrity. What you will do: The VP, IT is expected to function as an active executive peer - partnering closely with Senior Leadership and Compliance to ensure technology and data strategy are fully integrated with Agios' business priorities. This role requires building trusted relationships across the Leadership Team, not simply responding to IT requests.
