AND * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms. * Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to support research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, workflow analysis, and design documentation, with the ability to thoughtfully identify AI-assisted product opportunities that improve usability, reduce complexity, and maintain user trust. ## Description As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions. You'll work independently on multiple projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling design solutions. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and deep empathy for users., * Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience. * Collaborate across disciplines-including product management, engineering, and marketing-to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives. * Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision. * Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to inform design decisions. * Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design standards. * Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. * Actively participate in design reviews, presenting concepts and influencing stakeholders with clear rationale. * Stay curious and innovative, exploring new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality., Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation.
