## About the Role

+ Je hebt een master in IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in cybersecurity in de rol van Security Officer of Architect; certificaten zoals CISSP of CISM zijn een plus.
 + Je weet droge standaarden als ISO 27002, NIS2 of ISA/IEC 62443 om te zetten in werkbare maatregelen.
 + Je bent in staat om security-issues te vertalen naar begrijpelijke adviezen voor projectmanagers en de business.
 + Je hebt ervaring met vulnerability management en bij een incident houd je het hoofd koel, bewaar je het overzicht, en communiceer je helder naar stakeholders.
 + Je kent je weg in het security technologie landschap. Of het nu gaat over EDR, SIEM, IAM of SASE, je praat mee op niveau met de specialisten.

## Description

+ Je stuurt het ICT securitydomein zowel operationeel als tactisch aan en zorgt dat cyberrisico's onder controle blijven.
 + Je implementeert, volgt op en verbetert onze informatieveiligheidsprocessen, standaarden en beleidsmaatregelen over alle sites heen.
 + Je coördineert risicoanalyses voor projecten, diensten en leveranciers en vertaalt die naar heldere adviezen en concrete maatregelen.
 + Je leidt, coacht en ontwikkelt een team van 2 security engineers en versterkt zo de expertise binnen het domein.
 + Je ondersteunt je team bij architecturale keuzes en bewaakt daarbij de juiste security-afwegingen.
 + Je adviseert de business en het management en bent hun sparringpartner voor alle vragen rond informatiebeveiliging.
 + Je beheert en optimaliseert ons informatieveiligheidsmanagementsysteem.
 + Je volgt evoluties in cybersecurity op en houdt je kennis up-to-date zodat je onderbouwde beslissingen kan nemen.
