## Description

Assurer le support et helpdesk auprès des étudiants et du personnel : support de niveau 1 et 2, installation et configuration des postes et applications, gestion des tickets et incidents.

 - Assister directement le Directeur Informatique : préparation d'analyses ou d'états de suivi, participation aux comités projet, relais pour certains arbitrages techniques.
 - Participer à d'autres missions selon les besoins : gestion des licences, abonnements et comptes utilisateurs, suivi des stocks et des commandes de matériel IT, mise à jour de la documentation technique, formation ponctuelle des utilisateurs, participation à la sécurité et à la conformité informatique, veille technologique et préconisations techniques.
