 * Traitement des demandes et incidents dans le respect des SLA
 * Identification et résolution des anomalies de fonctionnement
 * Administration des environnements systèmes Windows
 * Maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des infrastructures : Active Directory, Messagerie Exchange, DHCP / DNS, Citrix, SQL Server, RDS, Windows Server (2016 à 2022/2025)...

 * Participation à certains projets techniques de l'équipe
 * Contribution aux tâches d'exploitation quotidiennes
