## Description

We are seeking a Core Robotics Team Lead to join our high-impact engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a Development and Engineering Manager, leading our core robotics department to bridge the gap between advanced research and real-world implementation. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5+ engineers, fostering a high-performance agile environment, and ensuring our robotics solutions are robustly deployed and scaled across various industries., Technical Leadership & Team Management

 * Lead and mentor the core robotics team (5+ engineers), driving delivery and maintaining engineering excellence.
 * Manage the end-to-end development cycle of core robotics features, from architectural design to real-world deployment.
 * Foster a culture of ownership and growth through active people management and professional development of your team members.

Robotics Engineering & Deployment

 * Take ownership of the core robotics software stack, ensuring high reliability for systems deployed in the field.
 * Partner with AI, Product, and Hardware teams to deliver resilient platforms capable of handling complex, real-world industrial tasks.

Agile Excellence & Innovation

 * Champion and refine Agile software development methodologies to ensure rapid, iterative, and high-quality delivery.
 * Continuously optimize internal development processes and CI/CD pipelines to scale the team's impact and software stability.
