 * Austausch, Vorbereitung und Inbetriebnahme von neuer Hardware im Rahmen geplanter Rollout-Projekte
 * Direkter Onsite-Support für Anwender, inklusive Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Betreuung von standardisierter und industrieller IT-Hardware
 * Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller erledigten Tätigkeiten und Abstimmung mit internen IT-Teams
 * Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften nach Absprache
