 * Fundierte Basis: Du hast ein Studium im Bereich (Medizin-)Informatik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung erfolgreich absolviert - ODER du hast eine medizinische, pflegerische oder administrative Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen absolviert und bringst die entsprechende IT-Affinität mit.
 * Erste Praxiserfahrung: Du besitzt bereits erstes Fachwissen und fundierte Erfahrung im Management von medizinischen Softwarelösungen, z.B. Labor- oder Pathologieinformationssystemen (wie Opus::L, Glims, Molis, Pas.Net, Co-Fox, DC-Pathos) oder Systemen für Point-of-Care-Testing (wie Poctopus, Aqure, Cobas Infinity).
 * Prozess- & Schnittstellen-Know-how: Du bist vertraut mit der Abbildung medizinischer Prozesse (insb. Order-Entry-Verfahren) durch IT-Lösungen und besitzt Kenntnisse in gängigen Kommunikationsstandards im Gesundheitswesen (z.B. HL7, xDT).
 * Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest leidenschaftlich gerne im Team, bist absolut zuverlässig und zeichnest dich durch eine hervorragende Selbstorganisation aus.
