## Description

* Du entwickelst moderne Microservices, APIs und Automatisierungskomponenten für unsere neue Prozessplattform
 * Du nutzt konsequent einen KI-gestützten Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) mit Coding Agents, automatisierter Codegenerierung und automatisierten Tests
 * Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen gemeinsam mit der Architektur-Abteilung in robuste, skalierbare und wartbare technische Lösungen
 * Du gestaltest Engineering-Standards, CI/CD-Prozesse, Teststrategien sowie Observability aktiv mit
 * Du evaluierst neue KI-, Agenten- und Developer-Tools pragmatisch, um unseren Entwicklungsprozess kontinuierlich zu verbessern
 * Du stellst sicher, dass der KI-unterstützt entwickelte Code nachvollziehbar, sicher, testbar und produktionsfähig ist
